The time is right
Tourist numbers have held up strongly throughout 2008 and are likely to see a small decline in the peak summer period of 2009 but once again the Xmas and New Year period of 2008 saw villa occupancy in Seminyak at 100%. Chinese New Year (January 26th 2009) has seen occupancies over the 90% mark.
With the downturn in the global economy expected to abate in late 2009 this is the ideal time to begin our 3rd Bali fund as land prices are steady enabling us to source a prime location plot of land within Seminyak at sensible prices.
